Shipping / Local Delivery
At 4 Paw Pals, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We currently deliver using USPS and offer local delivery within select areas. Shipping is available only within the five boroughs of New York City and Long Island. Shipping is calculated by weight and starts at $5 (shipping goes up by weight). Tracking numbers are provided by email for all USPS shipments.
All local deliveries have a flat $5 local delivery fee and are completed every Saturday. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping / delivery. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location. For local deliveries, we will send updates via email as your order is on the way.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout—customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. If your order arrives damaged, the item must be returned before a replacement can be issued.

For customers who prefer to pay with cash, we offer an alternative! Simply email your order to us at pawpals.cs@gmail.com, and we’ll send you the details to complete your purchase. Cash orders are delivered on Saturdays. Plus, when you choose to pay with cash, you'll enjoy no processing fees—we don’t charge the typical fees for credit or debit card transactions.

Returns
At 4 Paw Pals, we want every customer to have a pawsitive experience. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide store credit or an exchange for eligible items. You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on clearance or final sale items.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us with a photo and description, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
To begin a return or exchange, please email us at pawpals.cs@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit or process your exchange.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total store credit issued, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
